 | In all honesty I was dubious at first. But since beginning with the e-agent program I am now a true follower! I started with one territory and cannot believe the results. I have been so busy helping buyers and sellers from all over the country who are looking to move to Tucson, I have not even had time to upload my photo on my site.
I have already had several sales and have more folks waiting in the que. I get leads sent to my e-mail everyday. In addition, the folks at e-agent are always looking for new ways to market and promote my sites, which makes working them like working with a real marketing company, except e-agent is affordable for any real estate company. From my insider information they now have a product and services section that give great discounts and they are working with the ISP's directly which gives them a leg up on everyone, period.
Thanks e-agent, this program is a hit.

 | I have just signed up for my second community on e-Agent. This service represents one of at least ten websites, lead services, and other e-commerce programs I am using (or being used by?). I am receiving a more consistent lead flow from e-agent than most.
What really earned my respect for the service was my recent attempt to deal directly with Overture's (overture is just one of the various search engines e-agent places my website on) ranking and lead service. I signed up one of my websites with overture (www.artmomper.com), and I paid them for their "professional placement write-up service" which was to ensure good search placement, professional "key words", etc. They responded weeks late, with crap that I edited myself (should have done it myself to start) and I am still arguing with them for leaving out the key phrases I requested. They are clueless. I do not have the time to relentlessly find, buy, and pursue top placement on the internet, but I need it. That's why I hired e-agent. I am counting on you to make me Number One! So far, so good.

I continue to close deals from your service and am cutting back other traditional print advertising to save money so that I can keep my e-agent sites and all 4 of my exclusive territories.  | I have been using e-Agent for about 1-year, and it has become my single largest source of new clients - accounting for over half of all of my clients. On average, I am closing just over one deal every two weeks with an average commission to me of $5600 per deal. I hope, and intend, to get this up to one deal per week over the next six months.
Using e-Agent has allowed me to focus more of my time on my clients and building the infrastructure of my business, knowing that the 'marketing' is pretty much taken care of. Because of e-Agent, I am no longer limited by the number of opportunities I have to work on but instead only my efficiency in closing each opportunity that comes along.

 | We get an average of 3 leads per day as a result of our e-Agent territories (Rancho Palos Verdes, Palos Verdes, Redondo Beach, Torrance, San Pedro, Manhattan Beach). When we call on each lead, they’re impressed we get back to them so quickly, and they’ll talk readily about their real estate needs.
There are other programs out there or you could rank your Websites on search engines yourself, but why painstakingly reinvent the wheel when you don’t have to? Half of our 2003 business came from e-Agent.

 | e-Agent has been an outstanding addition to my business. I was working as a team agent sharing commissions with my broker when my friend in Naples, Ginny Lee, suggested that I get an e-Agent territory. I was so pleased with the first three months of leads that I left the team (with my broker's blessing) and became a 100% agent. Not only did the e-Agent leads yield more business, but their quality and volume gave me the confidence to go 100% and receive a much higher percentage of my commsission earnings. I later picked up another territory which almost doubled my lead volume. I have hired three buyer's agents to help me cover the lead volume in 2004.
Approximately 80% of my business comes from e-Agent leads. Keep the big ones coming.

 | I just had to write a testimonial about e-Agent. I had other services in the past that had very high cost and low quality leads. In one months time I have received 7 good buyer leads and a few CMA leads, obtaining a listing appointment already.
I love the fact that I am at the top of the results on search engines for my territory, and I didn't have to try to figure out how to advertise myself on Google, etc, as that takes a lot of time and money. Thanks e-Agent, 2006 is looking to be a great year!

 | I just wanted to write you about the remarkable lead generation benefits of e-Agent. It is so cost effective, compared to all other internet lead generation companies. I have a much higher closing percentage, than the national average of only 2% on the other lead generation Websites.
I've worked several areas over the last two and a half years and all of the areas were just great for business. After a few months of developing these great leads, I had 15 e-Agent's buyer closings the first year. The 2nd year was great too. Honestly, there were a few times, when I had to 'turn off the spigot' until I could 'catch up' on prospect calls! But that's not all! After actually inquiring about the Envirian Franchise and making some calls to find out how the new owners of an Envirian Franchise in Bucks County, PA felt about the way things were working out for them and then knowing that the same company offered the e-Agent program, it was a no-brainer for me and I'm only in the business 1 1/2 years full time.
I have received a lot of leads, some duds which e-Agent gives me credit for but most leads appreciate when you call them and offer to help them find a home. e-Agent basically works out to a steal for what you get. You pay for the lead one time but the relationship you build with that client could span several properties over the course of one's buying lifetime.
I'm really happy I made the move to e-Agent!

As 2006 draws to a close, I want take a moment and share with you the success our team has experienced using e-Agent, and to thank those at e-Agent who have helped us lead the way in Internet lead generation.
We began selling real estate in March of this year with the Ballantyne and Charlotte territories. Since then, half of the transactions we closed were from e-Agent leads! A total of 54.3% of our sales volume originated from e-Agent leads.
We have had tremendous success with e-Agent. With experience under our belts and improved systems in place, we expect to double our capture rate in 2007.
We can now manage our lead volume more effectively than ever, thanks to e-Agent continually improving the functionality of their offerings, such as the automatic download into Top Producer. We have implemented the automated tools that help us manage the large volume of leads.

 | I had a great one! One of the customers emailed and said he was looking for 600-700,000 but he didn't want the area of Nanaimo. He would have preferred Victoria or Vancouver.
I quickly referred him to agents in those areas, and within a week, one of them emailed and said he had just sold him a home for 942,000.00. Nice $3000 referral for me!!
