e-Agent, Inc.'s real estate marketing approach is changing to allow existing real estate clients only the option of migrating to a flat-fee model where they no longer pay for leads. This new approach allows the agent to have complete transparency with the consumer and vice-versa. It also allows you to remarket yourself through our system without fear of increasing your bill each time you get a lead.

	Consumers need to leave their contact Information to view the MLS and other data.
	9 out of 10 visitors to eAgent.com are not volunteering their information to gain access to the local information by becoming a lead. Because of this, you are only allowing a fraction of the consumers to see the homes that are for sale.
	There is no additional way for you, to market yourself and show how you can be of assistance to the consumer. All that is currently provided is a photo, your name, what territory you represent and your brokerage logo.

In an effort to improve both the consumer experience on www.eAgent.com as well as the quality of the leads that agents receive, e-Agent has decided to allow our clients to migrate to this new BETA platform. By doing this, this new marketing approach will eliminate bogus/invalid leads (since there is no charge for leads, there is no consequence if someone contacts you), allowing consumers to look and learn as much as they want about the town/city that you are representing, what the area has to offer, homes for sale and what you, as a real estate professional can offer to assist them in either buying or selling property.
Below are some of the details of this great new system:

	All of your contact information (name, phone number, e-mail address, website, fax number, etc.) is provided to the consumer upfront without the consumer having to fill out any forms.			Consumers are able to view the MLS data, school and neighborhood information with just one click. e-Agent has partnered with AmericanTowns and GreatSchools for this neighborhood and school data.

	You provide personal information about yourself (your specialties, experience, etc.) and an incentive/reason for consumers to work with you. This may include money back, reduced commission, gift cards, etc.
	Change any or all the information in your balloon at will and our system will update the changes you make every 30 minutes. This ensures that as your marketing needs change so can your message.
	The ability to upload a video of up to 4MB about yourself, listings, etc. for consumers to view on www.eAgent.com and again, you can change this at any time.
	All of this information is provided directly to the consumers, no forms, no bogus leads, bad phone numbers, etc. Everything the consumer wants is directly in front of them and they can contact you at their convenience in whichever form they choose and they are not being forced to leave information.

	Why eAgent.com Is Doing This: With the vast amount of open access information available on the internet, many consumers are spending much of their time looking for property online. Most are not ready to find a real estate agent to assist them immediately, but to become knowledgeable on areas, homes, prices, etc. from a variety of real estate sites - all of which do not require contact information. By making eAgent.com a real estate information site foremost, consumers will become repeat visitors to the site because they realize the wealth of information that is available to them on the site. After the consumer has researched the area, agents and homes they will then be able to contact an agent directly and begin working with them now that they know what they want. They will also remember that you gave them a wealth of information without requiring them to become a lead first, which will help build trust on the very first visit to eAgent.com and to your exclusive territory.
	More Features This Program Offers To You: When you login to your new account you will be able to see the number of times that your balloon and each tab (About Me, My Offer, Contact Me, and Neighborhood) in your balloon has been viewed. This allows you to see the number of consumers that saw you and what you are offering to them on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. If you adjust what you post to consumers you can see the change in the lead flow. This allows you to understand the consumer and market better and what they are looking for so you can appeal to a larger and larger audience.

This new system will have a flat fee pricing structure; there will be no per lead fee, only a flat monthly that will be similar to what you currently spend in total with us on a monthly basis. In addition to no longer paying for leads, your costs will remain stable each month.
