The rates below are based on the median home price for the territory of your choosing, as derived from a combination of the Census 2000 database and Microsoft® MapPoint® information. This system allows Realtors® the ability to choose towns or cities with either a high median home sale price or lower ones. Since it is a weighted scale, real estate agents from any community can afford to purchase territories that are broken down by the town or city name (not by Zip code). Sample: Chappaqua, NY would be a purchasable territory. If the territory you want is taken, please search for others or you join our waiting list without any obligation.

Rates below are also differentiated on the basis of territory population. The "Small Market" rate is for areas with a population below 50,000 people. The "Large Market" rates are for communities with a population above 50,000. Large communities are more expensive because more searches are done for them, the competition in those markets is greater, and hence the advertising is more costly.
