e-Agent, Inc. is a marketing company for realtors nationwide. We are looking to fill an administrative position at our company. This position is full time and we are ideally looking for someone who is fresh out of college and who wants to break into the advertising/marketing industry. E-Agent is a great work environment and we are currently going through some growth pains and need assistance to keep pace with our ever increasing client base. This is a ground floor opportunity for the right person.

Taking care of Office Supplies |

Organizing Travel Itinerary for all Employees |

Phone Coverage |
 |
Scheduling of all employees |
 |
Research |

Follow up work with Search Engines (these are our partners) |

Mail Distribution and Mass Mailings |
 |
Follow up for billing problems with clients |
 |
Light Customer Service work |
You must possess the following qualities:

Be very organized |
 |
Have strong working knowledge of MSword, Powerpoint, Must be Web Savvy, and Use Excel Efficiently |

You must be very reliable |
 |
Polite towards our clients |
This job will include 2 weeks vacation plus we offer Health Benefits after 90 days. We would like to fill the position quickly, so the faster you reply the faster we can interview you.
