e-Agent Of The Quarter: Deborah Sasser
e-Agent is proud to recognize Deborah Sasser of Coldwell Banker Heritage Realtors as the e-Agent of the quarter for the 1st Quarter of 2006. Deborah currently has the e-Agent territory of Dayton, Ohio and has been using our service for more than 3 years.
1) How much of your business do you attribute to using e-Agent?
I would estimate that 70-75% of my business can be attributed to e-Agent leads. I find that the bulk of the leads that I convert to sales are from the Buyer leads. Many are first time home buyers and are typically more technologically in tune. They look fast, think fast and appreciated the ease with which they can access the information they are looking for. This, combined with quick response on my part, enables them to start the search for their new home in a manner that fits their lifestyle. Buyers and sellers are out there searching the Internet everyday...e-Agent brings them to me!
2) What do you think makes e-Agent successful in online real estate marketing?
The extensive online marketing efforts and easy to use Website drive customers to my site. I occasionally do searches on the various search engines to monitor the position of my e-Agent Website and will almost always find it in the top 3 of sponsored searches and listed among the top 10 for general search results. This is a major factor because potential customers find the site quickly and easily. Over 90% of my clients do the majority of their searching and communicating on the Internet. Without some Internet presence, such as e-Agent, I believe it would be difficult for a Realtor to achieve anything beyond an average income. This is an excellent resource and I don't even blink when my bill comes each month. It is worth every penny!
3) What would you recommend other agents do to have the kind of success that you’ve enjoyed?
Communicate as quickly as possible with all leads!!! Make sure that you have a detailed program for responding to leads starting with the automated response they get when they fill out the information request. Once you have established contact do not forget them. Regular communication is key for long term success. I have had many clients who came to me from e-Agent that I will communicate with for months and then one day they call and are ready to buy. Communicate effectively, respond to their questions, follow up and you will be a success. If you are in an area where you receive a lot of leads each month the other key factor would be to keep everything organized. There are numerous tools on the e-Agent Website that can assist you with this.
4) What do you think of the new e-Agent Website?
I have been very happy with the changes that e-Agent has made to the Website over the past 3 years. I find it easy to access the information and tools that I need. There have been regular improvements and additions that enable the real estate agent to effectively monitor their leads, make updates to their Websites and track client information.
