e-Agent of The Month

This is a new section that we have added to our Newsletter, it will be showcasing a different e-Agent each month. If you have an e-Agent success story, feel free to email service@e-agent.biz.

This month we profiled another successful e-Agent, Jami Lee Greenville, our e-Agent for three communities in the Dallas market.

Her success story with the e-Agent program places her as our e-Agent of the month. Obviously, Jami Lee has an innovative mind and is driven to be one step ahead of the rest. That is why over one year ago, Jami Lee elected to join the e-Agent program. Jami Lee first selected one local area and then quickly understood the power of the e-Agent system and she proceeded to purchase two additional cities.

Jami Lee is a veteran realtor and broker. She has been practicing real estate full time for five years. Jami Lee attributes about 50% of her business over the past year to e-Agent.

Jami Lee Greenville's hints to fellow e-Agents:

"Call the leads back immediately. Some leads will be good and a few not so good; however, all you need to do is close 1 transaction per year to cover the cost for an entire year. Well worth the dollars spent. I have built wonderful relationships and friendships through this tool! There was recently a party held in my behalf for my pre-interview with Mark Burnett and a video watch. Many of my clients came to this party and the most supportive were my e-Agent clients! What a great tool that they provide to us!"

e-Agent Hint of the Month:

Call the leads back immediately as Jami Lee suggested. If you cannot do so pass the leads into your contact management system and follow up with relevant information, most will come around eventually. Use the leads as a method for generating your own personal marketing database for future tools.

Bernice Ross Bio:

Trainer, Writer, Speaker, and Coach, Bernice couples her expertise as a Professor of Psychology and Master Certified Coach with over 25 years of real estate sales experience.

From 1993-1997, while serving as Executive Director of Training for the Beverly Hills based Prudential Jon Douglas Company, Bernice organized and conducted the in-house coaching and training program for the company's 4000 real estate agents. During this time, the company's agents had the highest production per agent in the United States. In 1998 she wrote the manager training program for Coldwell Banker's Concierge Program, delivering it to over 600 offices in the Coldwell Banker system via teleconference. Credentialed in California to teach real estate at the college level, Bernice also pioneered the first real estate/coaching teleclasses for Continuing Education credit in the state.

As founder and CEO of RealEstateCoach.com, Bernice currently develops the company's training and coaching programs while also heading up her company's professional coaching team. With over 150 published articles to her credit, Bernice's agent coaching columns appear weekly in Inman News Features as well as numerous trade and professional publications.

Her most recent publications include her new E-book, "Waging War on Real Estate's Discounters" as well as the 26 hour audio training and coaching programs for agents, "List and Sell Real Estate Like Crazy," "Market and Prospect for Real Estate Like Crazy," and "Get Balanced or Get Crazy." Bernice's latest audio CD set, "Coach Your Real Estate Agents Like Crazy" is the first audio CD coach training program designed specifically to assist managers in coaching their agents.

In addition to being a nationally recognized expert in the field of real estate, Bernice also holds the rank of Professor of Psychology at Los Angeles Pierce College, is a faculty member at Coach University, as well as holding the designation of Master Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation. e-Agent, Inc. Moves the Headquarter

We, at e-Agent, are relocating our headquarters from New York City to join the rest of the e-Agent team in Northern Virginia just outside of Washington DC. Please note our physical address will officially change on May 1st, 2004. Please be patient with requests during the next few weeks as we get portions of the sales team and billing department resettled in our new location. This new location will allow us to expand the e-Agent team of dedicated employee's and allow us to be more close in proximity to many of our partners.
