e-Agent would like to recognize
Cliff King of Re/Max Executives Realty in Winnipeg,
Manitoba as our e-Agent of the Quarter. Cliff was one
of the first Canadian e-Agent’s that signed-up for our
service and closed a deal from an e-Agent lead in less
than a month!
We
asked Cliff a few questions about his experience with
e-Agent and here is what he had to say:
1)
Although e-Agent Canada has
only been up for less than 2 months, how
has e-Agent helped you as far as getting leads?
Every
time I open up my emails I seem to have another 3-4
leads from e-Agent. Getting potential leads has never
been easier.
2)
Any
specific success stories from using e-Agent?
One of
the very first leads that came through was a young local
couple looking for there first house. The lead came in
on October 30th, we showed them 3 properties
and on November 7th we had a finalized sale!
3)
What
suggestions or tips could you give to other e-Agents as
well as all new Canadian e-Agents?
I suggest that a key
factor is responding or following up on the leads ASAP.
Often these potential buyers/sellers are surfing the web
and can come across other service providers who might
get involved prior to your phone call.
