e-Agent would like to recognize Cliff King of Re/Max Executives Realty in Winnipeg, Manitoba as our e-Agent of the Quarter.  Cliff was one of the first Canadian e-Agent’s that signed-up for our service and closed a deal from an e-Agent lead in less than a month!

We asked Cliff a few questions about his experience with e-Agent and here is what he had to say:

1) Although e-Agent Canada has only been up for less than 2 months, how has e-Agent helped you as far as getting leads?

Every time I open up my emails I seem to have another 3-4 leads   from e-Agent. Getting potential leads has never been easier.

2) Any specific success stories from using e-Agent?

One of the very first leads that came through was a young local couple looking for there first house.  The lead came in on October 30th, we showed them 3 properties and on November 7th we had a finalized sale!

3) What suggestions or tips could you give to other e-Agents as well as all new Canadian e-Agents?

I suggest that a key factor is responding or following up on the leads ASAP.  Often these potential buyers/sellers are surfing the web and can come across other service providers who might get involved prior to your phone call.

4) What do you think makes e-Agent so different from the other real estate marketing/advertising services out there?

It is providing many leads on a daily basis.  People who are thinking about buying and selling.  They are coming to you as opposed to you having to go search for them by advertising your name and your services.

TV Commercials From e-Agent – Coming Soon To A Television Near You                                                                                top

Beginning in the 1st Quarter of 2007 e-Agent will begin running national television commercials on both DirecTV and Dish Networks.  e-Agent’s TV commercials will vary in length from 15-second spots to full 60-second spots that will highlight the simplicity and exclusivity of using www.eAgent.com to find either property or a Realtor® throughout the US and Canada. 

By moving into television advertising, e-Agent will be able to broaden it’s advertising to a larger and more diverse set of consumers.  In turn, this will increase the exposure of each e-Agent as well as allow more consumers to find and begin working with you.  e-Agents’ commercials will be targeted at viewers who are watching home improvement and living-based programs on television networks that include HGTV, DIY, Discovery Home, Fine Living, Food, Travel and TLC.  Branching into television advertising will allow e-Agent to reach approximately 28 million additional consumers on these two Satellite providers as well as more in the future.

e-Agent’s commercials will feature photographs of homes from throughout the country.  Therefore, we are asking all agents to send us their best photos of the most appealing houses that they either currently have listed or have listed in the past.  These photos may be used in our television commercials so please send only the most visually appealing photographs that you have and ensure that they are at least 2.0 mega-pixels or higher in resolution.  Please e-mail your photos to service@e-agent.biz and they will be considered for the commercials.
