Beverly Minardi
(e-Agent territories: Tampa, Clearwater Beach, Palm Harbor, Safety Harbor, Dunedin & Tierra Verde, Florida) has been awarded "Rookie of the Year Award for the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors." She also now has a Platinum Standing at RE/MAX. For those of you who do not know Beverly, she has done a wonderful job using our program. The following statement is what she sent to us in an e-mail dated December 15, 2004:

"I just wanted to let you know that because of my affiliation with e-

Agent and hard work on my part I was awarded the Rookie of the year award at the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors. That is the best award a new agent with 2 years or less in the business can receive. I also have recently been awarded a Platinum standing with RE/MAX, Inc. That title is for sales of more than 250K in commissions in a single year.

For the record I have closed over 11.5 million in total volume so far this year. Almost all of my business has come as a direct result of working the leads sent to me by e-Agent.

Thank you so much!!"

All of you can have this kind of success. Part of her success can be attributed to the fact that she has multiple territories which affords her the luxury in her local market that no matter what town/city a consumer is looking for houses on the web, they will be more likely to find her and her e-Agent sites. This tactic is now used by many of our most successful agents and the average e-Agent now has 2 territories using our program.

For those of you whose closing rate is not better than 1 in 50 leads to transaction, we recommend the e-Agent Training/Certification Program which is only $99. Those agents who have taken and passed the training course are closing 450% better than those who have not (December 2003 Survey, 1 in 81 leads was the average for an e-Agent who had not taken the course and 1 in 18 was the average for those who had taken and passed the course). CMA Leads Update and Estimates

We have created a small chart below so that you guys know what to expect in terms of the number of CMA leads we will produce for you. Keep in mind these numbers are for the month of December, and in January we usually see a spike of about 30-50% of the amount of traffic our sites receive. Again, these are just estimates but they should be roughly correct. Check your e-Agent messages section when you log in to look at the basics of the program that is coming.

Small Markets (0-5 CMA leads/month) Population is less than 10,000
Medium Markets (5-15 CMA leads/month) Population is between 10,000-50,000
Large Markets (15-50 CMA leads/month) Population is above 50,000 or higher

The launch date for this program is probably going to be later this month or the first week in January 2005. We will have more information for you when we get the system in place how the billing procedure will occur so that all of you get all the remaining details necessary to proceed.

Thanks to all of you for your interest in this newest method for lead generation. We had a 65% inclusion rate for the first trial period and we are thrilled to bring it to you. Those of you who are not signed up for the trial period will get a chance to add your name to the list every 30 days.

e-Agent Sales Manager Program

Sometime in the first quarter of 2005 we will begin to offer all e-Agents an additional opt-in program that will help you to better manage your leads. The e-Agent Sales Manager program will allow you to do document uploads (so that you can always have your contracts wherever and whenever you need them) as well as a routing tool that will send the leads to any mobile device you currently use. This application will have the same log in ID and Password that you use with us now so there will be no need to remember additional information and it will help you better track your e-Agent leads to close. Additionally, once we are comfortable with how the program is working, you will be allowed to take leads through the system, not just from us but from any other lead sources you might be using.

e-Agent Sales Manager's Initial Functions will include:

  • Document upload (currently we have no limit on space for this)
  • Route your lead according to parameters you set to any mobile device
    (time, date, price   range…etc.)
  • Lead tracking
  • Ability to take notes on any lead that comes in and track your response times
  • See which system the lead came from and what you did with it


Changes Coming to Each e-Agent Website

Part of our continued effort is to get your sites ranked naturally by the search engines as the most relevant match for as many local real estate related phrases as possible. This has always been a focus for e-Agent. Since we want to make sure you get found as frequently as possible, we are going to allow a bit more in the way of personalization to the sites that you have not had in the past. Personalization is part of what the search engines are now looking for. Soon you will be able to add biographical information about yourself onto each of your e-Agent sites. This will help to delineate you from your local competitors and give you a chance to speak to the masses.

Additionally, we will allow you to set up your own relevant link area that you can manage so if you want to partner with local sites, mortgage companies, or whom ever you think would be beneficial to making your e-Agent site better for end users and your practice more enticing, you will be free to work on this for yourself. Also, if you have an existing Web site that is not part of e-Agent you will be able to cross link the two of them which will help bolster both sites. These features and more will be rolled out in the coming months. As usual, when theses new areas of your e-Agent sites are ready, we will let you know how and when it will begin and what you are able to be doing with this coming functionality.
