Two New Templates

Since the January newsletter, we have created two new templates that are now available once you log in with your ID and password. One has a city look that is perfect to be used for clients who have big cities, the other, for mountain/resort communities. The next template that will be coming out soon has a New England motif. Start Making Money in Overseas Real Estate

Survey Results

Thanks to those of you who responded to our survey back in December/January. We conducted the survey in an effort to keep improving upon our services and to understand what your expectations are. We had an amazing response rate of 15%. Below, please take a look at the results:

How would you rate our customer service?

e-Agent Customer Service received an 8.22 rating out of 10 (10 being perfect)

Question 2:

Would you recommend our service to others?

91 % of our clients when poled would recommend our service to another agent

Question 3:

How is your closing rate with the leads after taking the training course?

Agents who have taken/passed the e-Agent certification course close on average
1 in 18 leads received.

Question 4:

How is your closing rate with the leads before/without taking the course?

Agents who have NOT taken the e-Agent certification course close on average
1 in 81 leads received.

Question 5:

Have you taken the training course?

86 % have NOT taken the training course.

Question 6:

How fast do you respond to leads?

Average call back time for all e-Agents is between 5 hours to 1 day from the time
they receive the lead.

Question 7:

Would you like to have a town/city guide on your site?

71% would like to see a town/city guide on their site.

Question 8:

Do you use any text messaging device to receive email?

86% do not use a text messaging device of any kind to receive their email.

Question 9:

Do you currently use Top Producer’s new 7i?

76% do not use top-producer’s new 7i program.

Question 10:

Would you buy leads that don’t have phone numbers?

54% want to buy leads for a discount even if the phone number was absent.

This month we are spotlighting Beverly Minardi who has been an e-Agent for the following Florida territories: St. Petersburg, Tampa, Clearwater, Palm Harbor, Tierra Verde, Clearwater Beach and Safety Harbor. Beverly has been an e-Agent for over a year now with astounding success; Since Christmas of 2003 she has written 9 contracts and sold over 3.5 million dollars in volume. Beverly uses e-Agent for 99.9% of her business and made the 100% Club at REMAX.

Beverly decided to enter the real estate profession in November 2002 because of her love of interacting with people. Her mother has been a broker for many years and convinced Beverly to leave the insurance business to become a real estate agent and to find out what she is really good at, which is finding people homes. While working in this business Beverly’s highest achievement is her relationship with her clients.

When asked how e-Agent has affected her business, Beverly states “e-Agent has allowed me to have a steady stream of qualified clients to work with and to be a dominant force in the Internet marketplace. I do not have to look any further.” As one of our most successful e-Agents, we would like to acknowledge Beverly for her accomplishments using e-Agent as her primary source for business and wish her all the success she deserves.

Beverly’s hint for her fellow e-Agents:

Contact the prospect by e-mail right away, and call them as well. It is suggested to keep sending them listings and get back to them as soon as possible when they have questions. Get a digital camera and send them photos of the areas of interest. And last but not least, work hard and stay honest!

Hint of the Month


Something that can make you stand out from the rest is individualizing your e-mails. Within your e-mail software or by using an email system provided by your e-mail provider you can save drafts of e-mails that you can continually use. By saving these e-mails you can simply add the e-mail address of the lead or client and send it in seconds.

Creativity within your emails:

  1. Spotlight yourself by adding your photo to your e-mails.
  2. Add a link to your listings within your emails.
  3. Add any certifications or accomplishments within your signature or body text.
  4. Make sure to use a catchy subject line that will entice your leads.
  5. Make sure not to use ALL CAPS within your e-mails, it will signify yelling.
