With the large success and following that e-Agent has produced in the American market, e-Agent will now move outside the continental U.S. and begin working with our neighbors to the north in Canada. e-Agent’s expansion into Canada will be occurring in October 2006, look for an announcement from us regarding the launch of this offering.

e-Agent’s growth into Canada is just the beginning of a planned extension into other English-speaking countries in the coming years. This expansion will occur in countries that have a Real Estate system that is similar to that of the United States. e-Agent’s planned growth includes the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Australia.

eAgent.com Generates 10,000+ Leads & New Offerings:     top

The introduction of www.eAgent.com (e-Agents consumer based website) has created more than 10,000 leads since its launch in the beginning of August 2006. This site has created yet another outlet where e-Agent’s can be visible on the internet aside from our other advertising venues that include Google™, Yahoo®, AOL®, Homegain™ and others. In addition to the targeted advertising e-Agent does for each specific territory, e-Agent has begun using generic real estate terms to attract consumers to the site to find real estate in the geographic location of their choosing.

eAgent.com in the coming months will not only be a site for Real Estate leads but for all services that are Real Estate related. The consumers who are visiting eAgent.com are not only looking for property or the assistance of a Real Estate professional but also for other associated services.

To ensure that eAgent.com is catering to all the needs of the ever-demanding consumer, the site will soon be featuring leads for other type or Real Estate related services. These services include:
- Mortgage/Loan
- Title Insurance
- Home Insurance
- Home Improvement

Not only will these new offerings increase your exposure and the number of consumers who are able to find you and become a lead but it will add to the relevancy of our website as an all-things Real Estate website that consumers can visit for a variety of reasons.

A Message From the President:

It happens to all of us; you either lose or misplace your credit card, it expires or it is stolen and you need to order a new card, unfortunately that is part of life. However, if your billing information on file with e-Agent is not up-to-date during your monthly billing or your lead billing dates your account will be paused along with all your advertising.

Additional Filters Added To All e-Agent Lead Forms            top

In an effort to further reduce the number of bogus or invalid leads that agents receive, e-Agent has recently added a more comprehensive set of filters. These filters currently apply to both the phone number and e-mail fields on the lead forms and filters will be added to the other fields in the future These filters make it much more challenging for consumers to pass through bogus information and allows you, the e-Agent to get in touch with more and more of your leads. Examples of contact information that is not able to pass through our system are:

While e-Agent has implemented many filters, please note that it is extremely easy for consumers to get passed the filters that we have. e-Agent is trying to create the most valid leads possible, yet our servers and technical staff can only do so much to prevent invalid information from being passed through.

Internet and e-mail providers (including Google, Yahoo, Hotmail, Verizon, Quest, etc.) are the gatekeepers who allow for their customers to use the internet anonymously and leave invalid information which costs us, you and everyone who uses the internet large amounts of money each year. Without the cooperation of these venues, we will never be able to ensure that all information provided in a lead form is valid; until that date, please understand that e-Agent is doing everything it can to combat false leads and provide you with the best leads in the industry, all without limiting your exposure to potential clients.

In addition, e-Agent’s lead credit and duplicate policy of crediting back to your account 10% of the leads received as well as not charging for duplicate leads within the same 30 day period remains. This equates to more money in your pocket and less time spent dealing with invalid and bogus leads.

Even NAR President Is Realizing That The Market Has Cooled top

Everyone is beginning to realize that the Real Estate Market has begun to cool down after 5 years of amazing growth, including the President of NAR.

Thomas M. Stevens, the President of the National Association of Realtors® has recently realized that the Real Estate market has cooled. Stevens, whose $1 million + house has been on the market in Northern Virginia for more than a year admits that he should have dropped the price as his agents suggested as well as listed earlier.

Clicking Your Advertisements – Why Not To Do This

Our Customer Support and Sales Representatives on a daily basis hear that e-Agents are clicking on their own online advertisements to check their placement and destinations. e-Agent strongly encourages you not to do this, by clicking on your own ad you limit the number of times your ad will be shown that day as well as how many consumers will see your ad. Each time you click on your advertisement that is one less time that it will be seen that day and one less chance you have of receiving a lead.

Each time you click on your own advertisement you are increasing the cost to e-Agent to generate the lead for you which in turn can increase costs not only for you, but for all agents in the future. Cell Phone Leads                                top

You can now receive your e-Agent leads directly to your cell phone via text message in real-time. The leads sent to your cell phone provide all the necessary information you need to contact the leads while you’re on the go. Included information: First and Last name, Phone number, E-mail address, Price range and Territory.

This service is at no extra charge (Cellular provider charges may apply) to you and will allow you to contact your leads quickly and turn more leads into clients. To have your leads sent to your cell phone, follow the steps below:

  • Log into your e-Agent account at www.e-agent.biz
  • Click on ''My Account'', then ''Update Complete Profile''
  • Enter your cellular address in the ''Secondary E-mail'' field
  • Sample addresses for some cellular providers are:

  • Hit the ''Continue'' button and then the ''Submit'' button
