e-Agents Jack and Maryam Beyer

This month we are highlighting e-Agents Jack and Maryam Beyer of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Palm Harbor , FL. They currently have the territories of:

New Port Richey, Oldsmar, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, Safety Harbor, Pinellas County, and Trinity, Florida.

We asked Jack Beyer a few questions about his experience with e-Agent. Here’s what he had to say:

e-Agent: How much business do you generate?  

Jack: Last year we closed approximately $12 million.  As of 8/31/2005 we have closed $12 million and have another $8 mill under contract.

e-Agent: How much of your total sales can you attribute to e-Agent since you’ve started using our service?

Jack: About half of our business comes from e-Agent leads.

e-Agent: Do you have any additional comments about e-Agent?

Jack: Cut back on all other passive advertising such as billboards, bus benches, supermarket carts.  Put the money in e-Agent leads.

The Beyer’s are working the system in their favor! To facilitate working all of the leads in real-time, they have hired an assistant to process the leads that come in during the day and Jack calls all of the leads that come in after 6 pm . They also refer some of the leads to other agents and are using contact management tools such as TopProducer to manage their ever growing list of prospects.

e-Agent Will Soon Offer Phone Leads Program

At e-Agent we’re always striving to offer you new ways to gain potential business. Over the past 6 months we have been looking into a new technology which we believe will significantly increase your sales potential, phone leads. We wanted to give you a rough overview of how it works before we roll out the program. Please be on the lookout for announcements that we will be sending out in the near future with more detailed information.

Phone Leads Program Overview:

You will be assigned a toll free “800” number for each territory you have with us. This toll free number will be displayed on each website in several places (such as the buyer, seller, and relocation form) encouraging the consumer to pick up the phone and call you. You will still have your original contact information listed on your Website, this will only serve as an additional way for an interested consumer to reach you. When a consumer calls any one of your toll free numbers, the phone call will be routed to the phone number you specify in your account settings. And their caller ID information (if not blocked) will appear in your logged in administration area. The phone lead service is completely optional. You will be able to opt-in to receive phone leads much the same way you can opt-in and out of our CMA lead program. The introductory price for the phone lead service is $25 per call
