Welcome to e-Agent’s referral and viral marketing program! This program is meant to help all existing e-Agent clients save money by spreading the word about e-Agent and our services. Best of all, the program is extremely simple.

Here’s how the program works: 

- Talk with other real estate professionals in your office and in/or around the US and Canada about e-Agent.

- Make sure when someone you referred purchases a territory that they notify us that you told them about our program or you can directly contact e-Agent and inform us of someone you have referred.

- "Voila" - You will save up to $90 off your bill for each person that is referred to the program.

Top Benefits of the program:

1) You can save money with e-Agent each time you register a new client through our system. 

2) Depending on your current rate plan you can save up to $90 per client referred. 

e-Agent Real Estate 1.0 Referral Program:

- For each client referred you will receive 5 free leads.** 

Example: If your pricing structure is $80/month and $12/lead and you refer a new client that signs up and faxes the contract, you would save an additional $60 ($12 per lead x 5 free leads = $60) off the following month lead bill. This savings would be in addition to the 10% and duplicate credit you already receive with the program.

e-Agent Real Estate 2.0 Referral Program:

-For each client referred you will receive a $75 discount off of your next bill. 

e-Agent Mortgage Referral Program:

- For each client referred you will receive one free month of service.*** 

Example: If you refer a client to e-Agent who purchases a territory, you will receive one free month of service from e-Agent which will be added at the end of your contract term. Each month is a $25.00 value.

e-Agent Title, Moving or Insurance Referral Program:

- For each client referred you will receive one free month of service.***  

Example: If you refer a client to e-Agent who purchases a territory, you will receive one free month of service from e-Agent which will be added at the end of your contract term. Each month is a $79.00 value.

Please be sure to have the referred agent include your name on the faxed contract so we can apply the credit to your account.

*For those e-Agents with more than one territory, the lead credits will be applied to your lowest lead fee pricing.
**If less than 5 leads are produced for your monthly total the remaining leads to be credited will be credited the following month.
***One free month of service does not include leads generated during that month, only the monthly territory fee of $25.00 or $75.00 USD depending on service.
