 e-Agent markets and promotes one real estate agent/broker per town or city. Territories are identified by the name of the town or city (e.g. Chappaqua, New York would be a territory). Once a town or city is taken, it can be retained by that real estate agent/broker indefinitely. Contracts for each territory are valid for a minimum of nine months and automatically extend in nine-month intervals. There is no limit on the number of territories that can be owned by a single real estate agent/broker in our system.
Each territory features a Web site that we provide at no additional cost. You can choose from a variety of templates when you register. e-Agent will also include a FREE domain name for each territory you take with us. Web site content includes, but is not limited to, neighborhood reports, school information, demographic data and live news.
Once you have chosen a territory or multiple territories, we will put your site together and then market it online through paid advertising on relevant search engines. We will also optimize the sites to get indexed and include each site on other real estate related portals.
Our goal is to get consumers and agents matched up through as many methods as possible that are always "OPT IN." We want people to leave their information willingly with our real estate agents/brokers, therefore all our advertising is designed to be “OPT IN” only.
e-Agent does not charge a referral fee for any leads if they close. This means you get to keep your entire well deserved commission. Our services are provided via a straightforward marketing fee.
e-Agent also offers training services, television commercials, a buying service to help place those TV ads in your market, closing tools, lead aggregation, auto-responders, and full MLS/IDX integration. Plus, we are constantly working to offer you more products and services for the same cost.
